Jon Peters Shocking Sex Charges

JON Peters has been hit with a shocking new barrage of sex charges - this time by a male staffer who claims the powerful Hollywood producer of “Superman Returns” and “Ali” sexually roughed him up and threatened to break his legs.

In a lawsuit filed this week in Los Angeles Superior Court, Brian Quintana - a co-producer with Peters on the upcoming “Superman: Man of Steel” - alleges that Peters subjected him to “continuous and pervasive sexual harassment.”

The suit states there were “multiple instances where he was physically, sexually harassed by Peters, including being groped by male individuals at Peters’ behest.” Peters would “wrestle and rough up [Quintana] in a sexual manner . . . fondle himself in front of [Quintana] . . . often place his hand on [Quintana’s] leg in a sexual manner,” as well as “touch” his buttocks, the suit alleges.

In addition, according to the suit, Peters demanded that Quintana “drive male individuals onto the set for the purposes of granting sexual favors for members of the cast and crew [and] cover up allegations that . . . Peters engaged in sexually inappropriate acts in front of children.”

Quintana, in the court papers, also charges that Peters threatened to “break his legs” and fired him after he refused to “perjure himself” by signing documents stating that Peters had completed community service for a DUI conviction.

Peters, a one-time boyfriend of Barbra Streisand, is already being sued by two female former staffers who claim that he sexually harassed them. One, Blanca Hernandez, claims that Peters touched her breasts and buttocks, tried to push her onto his bed when he was naked, tried to kiss her breasts and offered her money for sex.

Peters’ office number has been disconnected. His lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, did not return calls yesterday.

Hollywood Producer Jon Peters Slapped With Another Sexual Lawsuit

Jon Peters is amassing sexual lawsuits with amazing regularity. The latest disgruntled working partner is the co-producer of his current film project Superman: Man of Steel, Brian Quintana. The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this week claims that Peters engaged in continuous and pervasive sexual harassment.

According to court documents, Quintana was groped, physically and sexually harassed in multiple instances by Peters and by others at Peters urging. He also charges that Peters sexually roughed him up and threatened to break his legs and fired him when he refused to lie about the number of community service hours Peters had completed for a DUI conviction.

Peters, the one time boyfriend of Barbara Streisand, has two other lawsuits pending against him, initiated by staffers who are also claiming sexual harassment. One female employee, Bianca Hernandez, claims that he inappropriately touched her and offered her money for sex.

Quintana enjoys a high profile in Hollywood, and has raised $5.2 million for various charities and also serves on several national boards. He is pictured below with Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bill Clinton.

Anne Pressly Murder Update: Curtis Lavell Vance Arrested (Mugshot)

A suspect in the October murder of Little Rock news anchor Anne Pressly was taken into custody at 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday night. Curtis Lavell Vance, 28, was reported to be at a home in Little Rock, where a contingent of police officers converged and took the man into custody. He is being held on a charge of Capital Murder.

Earlier in the evening, officers held a news conference and identified Vance as their suspect. He was described as 6 ft., 240 pounds and was reported to be armed with a 9mm High Point pistol. The public appeal resulted in a tip that led police to the residence where he was captured, without incident, an hour later.

According to Police Chief Stuart Thomas, they have “a very, very solid case due to solid detective work.” Police Lt. Terry Hastings remarked about the tip they received, “we went there and he’s in custody.”

A KATV Channel 7 news anchor, Pressly was attacked on October 20 and died of her injuries on October 25, 2008. She was 26 years old.

Bruce Willis settles dispute with Malaysia company

A Malaysian technology conglomerate has repaid $900,000 to Bruce Willis after the actor filed a lawsuit demanding a refund of his investment.

Martin Singer, Willis’ lawyer, says the federal lawsuit filed in Los Angeles has been “amicably resolved.”

The Kuala Lumpur-based Petra Group said Willis invested $2 million last year in its subsidiary, Green Rubber, a developer of technology that can recycle rubber in old tires.

Petra returned $1.1 million to the star of the “Die Hard” action films earlier this year when he decided to pull out his investment. Willis sued last week to get the remaining $900,000, plus interest and other compensation.

Singer says the initial investment has been repaid, but Willis was not given all the interest owed him. The actor remains a shareholder in the company.

Publicist Admits To Jay-Z Rihanna and Beyonce Rumors are Fake

You are credited for breaking Rihanna out into the media. Can you please go into detail about that?

Jonathan Hay: Yes. I met Vada Nobles [the producer of Rihanna's first single, "Pon De Replay"] at a Starbucks in Orlando, Florida. I’ll never forget that day. Vada told me about this young artist named Rihanna who looked similar to Beyonce and he’d just finished her first single, called “Pon De Replay.” We went back to his home studio where he was working on finishing up the remix for it with Elephant Man. Honestly, the first time I heard the song I didn’t think it was going to work at all because Will Smith had a song out ["Switch"] at that time with almost that exact same beat. But I was intrigued by the project, nevertheless. At first, nobody seemed to really feel the song, so I started a publicity campaign, single-handedly. The whole idea behind the campaign was to get Vada Nobles out there as a producer so that ultimately people would forget about his past lawsuit and conflict with Lauryn Hill on her album The Miseducation Of Lauyrn Hill.

Jonathan Hay: Anyway, I sent the song to Jennifer Vineyard, my contact at MTV. She did me a favor and broke the story on Rihanna, “Pon De Replay” and Vada Nobles. Along with one of my partners, I then began to fabricate stories of Rihanna and Jay-Z, leaking false rumors to tabloids, working internet message boards, etc. We started to get an insane amount of media coverage very fast. There are so many things we did that people don’t even know about, not even Rihanna herself. She was completely unknown and I was paid by Vada Nobles to generate publicity. The mega Island Def Jam deal rumor, we fluffed and fabricated. Rihanna and Vada had no idea what I was doing behind the scenes, but my whole agenda was to get media for the song.

Jonathan Hay: If you check out Rihanna’s Wikipedia Page for “Pon De Replay.” you’ll see that it was on March 17, 2005 [through MTV News] that I helped break Rihanna out into the world. There was a lot more involved but I want to save that detailed interesting chapter for the book.

What do you mean by starting Rihanna rumors?

Jonathan Hay: I mean leaking out sensational stories and spreading them around in the news — to tabloids such as the National Enquirer, music and gossip sites and whatnot. Like when the rumor surfaced that Jay-Z had a new love life and was cheating on Beyonce…that was just to get attention. Rihanna had nothing to do with ANY of that, nor did she know what we were doing. I was just trying to break the single and stay employed by Vada Nobles. Even Vada didn’t know half the stuff I was doing. I kept my strategy a secret at the time because, honestly, everyone would have been against it, the tactics that I used. But I was only thinking about the end result - and look what happened…gossip sells.

So you started that Jay-Z, Rihanna and Beyonce rumor?

Jonathan Hay: I feel awful but, yes, I leaked some of those stories. Looking back, I am ashamed of that; there was zero integrity in that maneuver. But this is entertainment and I wanted to obtain publicity - so I came up with some crazy stories and it worked. Rihanna is one of the biggest stars in the world now, and look at how she stormed into the business! Not to take anything from her - she is a great artist - but every artist needs a launching pad and there is nothing better than a good scandal to get the public’s attention. (Laughing)

Jonathan Hay: I already had his contact info, but once I started working with Amil it gave me a reason to contact him…

Have you talked to Jay-Z since the Rihanna rumors?

Jonathan Hay: Jay-Z and I had a dramatic-instant involving another artist. That is just water under the bridge now, but it’s definitely going in the book. I still talk to Jay-Z every now and then — I probably nag him (laughing) but he always hits me back. Trust me, my Jay-Z chapter is really an eye-opener. He is the greatest businessman in the history of hip-hop. Jay-Z has succeeded in every business possibility, all across the board. I plan on hopefully sitting down with Jay-Z very soon for some lucrative business opportunities.

He also speaks about–in this ridiculously long ass interview–about writing songs for your favorite rap artists and singers. And starting publicity stunts for them too. Either somebody needs to ut down the Lawry’s or dude’s story is the whole truuth and nothing but the truth. Either way–are we really surprised?

Lois Feldman Fired After Metrodome Sex Arrest (Photos)

Lois Feldman of Carroll, Iowa was enjoying a one sided college football game (55-0) between her beloved Iowa Hawkeyes and the Minnesota Gophers last weekend when she suddenly opted to engage in a quickie sex romp with a stranger in the Minneapolis Metrodome men’s room and “ruined her life.”

The 38 year old fan and mother of three attended the game with her husband, who declined an invitation to accompany his wife to the restroom. She set off on her own and the next thing she knew, she was being thrown around by police officers in a handicap stall of the men’s bathroom after engaging in sex with a 26 year old stranger while more than a dozen people cheered them on.

The male half of the impromptu liaison was identified as Ross Walsh of Linden, Iowa who was at the game with his girlfriend, who took him home after police released him to her. Feldman used a fictitious name but police were able to track down her husband in the facility and released her to him. The offense could result in a fine and a 60 day jail sentence.

Lois calls her behavior uncharacteristic and believes she was drugged. Her husband blames himself for not realizing she was too intoxicated to head off to the bathroom on her own. She was subsequently fired from her job as an administrator at a Carroll retirement home. That bombshell was dropped on her yesterday.

Feldman, who describes herself as a light drinker, has consulted an attorney who believes she should fight the charges because she has no recollection of what took place and therefore is not responsible for her actions. Minnesota law states that intoxication is not a defense for any crime.

A judge says Mel Gibson will have to answer questions about planning and filming “The Passion of the Christ” in response to a screenwriter’s lawsuit.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Gregory Alarcon on Tuesday ordered Gibson to appear for a deposition by mid-January. Gibson’s attorneys had tried to keep him from having to answer questions regarding his blockbuster film about Jesus’ last hours.

Screenwriter Benedict Fitzgerald is suing Gibson, claiming he was underpaid for his work on “Passion.”

Fitzgerald’s attorneys claimed Tuesday that his payments were eroded by Gibson’s spending habits while filming the movie in Italy, including “tens of thousands” of dollars on his children’s education and a $78,000 chiropractor bill.

Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown may reunite

We’ve heard it before, but folks inside Whitney Houston’s circle of pals again insist the on-the-rebound diva and ex-husband Bobby Brown may be getting back together.

The official word from Camp Houston sticks to to the old line about the divorced couple remaining separate, ”but good friends whose primary interest is the well-being of their daughter.” Yet, several Georgia sightings of Houston and Brown in recent days — clearly looking very romantic while dining together — seem to boost the reliability of what I’m hearing. I’m also hearing that the divorced couple’s daughter Bobbi Kristina is eager for her parents to remarry.

Meanwhile, the singer is facing another round of legal woes, stemming from an ongoing lawsuit filed last May by Whitney’s stepmother, Barbara Houston. In the lawsuit, first reported by tmz.com, Barbara Houston claimed Whitney was the beneficiary of a $1 million insurance policy left by her late father, John Houston. However, the suit further claims his estate instructions called for those funds to be used to retire the balance of the mortgage loan owed Whitney on his New Jersey condominium, with Barbara getting the remainder of the funds.

Whitney disputes all of Barbara Houston’s claims and is continuing to fight the case.

Houston herself was the target of a $100 million lawsuit her dad filed against her shortly before his death, claiming he was owed the megabucks for management fees never paid. John Houston long managed both his ex-wife Cissy Houston’s career, as well as Whitney’s at various points.

Both father and daughter always maintained that lawsuit, settled before John Houston’s death in 2003, ”was strictly about business” and never had an impact upon their personal relationship, said to be quite close at the time of his demise.
