Review: I was able to try out the Skin Care Trial Kit for Combination Skin . I normally don't review samples, especially skin care products since you don't always get immediate results. However, I thought this kit was fantastic! I absolutely loved the Gentle Purifying Cleansing Milk and Gentle Plant Purifying Masque. The Cleansing Milk was very soothing. It made my face feel well hydrated and soft. The Purifying Masque is one of the best masques I ever tried! It is so lightweight that there were times that I almost forgot that I had it on. It was'nt hard to take off unlike some I've used in the past. The masque I used prior to using this one was a job to take off. The only thing I had an issue with was the Rosebay Willowherb Cream. I had to stop using it since it caused me to break out a little. I'm not saying that it was a bad product, but I have very sensitive skin and I'm very careful about what I use on my face. Other than that, I enjoyed using the kit.

However, I would not recommend wearing this alone since it does'nt last long. Believe me, you would have to apply this hourly if you wore this alone. It works great when I follow it with a little bit of my mineral powder to make sure it does'nt slide off. I also let my sister try this out. She loves how it absorbs in the skin quickly and how it evened out her skin tone by giving her the most natural coverage. This is also perfect if you're opting for a sun kissed glow all year round.

How to Prepare Your Hair for the Big Day

Any bride knows that deciding how to wear her hair is a big decision. Of course, the veil design will be a big factor in how the bride wears her hair, but there are other considerations like what styles are popular right now and what will suit the dress the best. In the end, though, there are three basic hairstyles that are the most popular among brides these days - hair that is worn down and wavy, hair that's swept up and hair that's half up and half down.

Let's look at each one in detail.

Wavy
Following the trend of what's popular in hair right now in general, many brides opt for hair that's parted in the middle and flows over the shoulders in soft waves. Although this hairstyle is best suited for women who have hair well below their shoulders, it can work with just about any length hair. The essence of this style is romance, so it's really all about getting a nice wave in the hair and creating a style that will last for the duration of the wedding and the reception. Just about any veil will look nice with this kind of hairstyle, but most experts say that your veil should be longer than your hair, so brides with very long hair might opt for a very long veil.

Upswept
This is the traditional and common way to wear hair for a wedding. Hair is swept up in some kind of off the neck style. It depends on the bride, the hair, the style of dress and a number of other factors how the hair is swept up.
Women with very long hair might enjoy the less formal upsweep that features little ringlets left loose and a casual pilling of the hair on the head. A woman with a shorter hairstyle might opt for a tight bun. Because many wedding dresses these days are strapless, wearing the hair up is a way to really accentuate the dress and highlight the bride's long neck and facial features. Just about any kind of veil will work with this hairstyle as well, but many women will choose to go without a veil and will wear a crown instead. This hairstyle, then, highlights the crown and it helps hold the crown in place.

Half Up and Half Down
This is soft, romantic and young looking. Not the same sophisticated and modern style as the upsweep, this style is popular with women who are wearing a less formal dress and want to portray a more casual and romantic style. Many women who choose a style that's half up and half down will also choose to have flowers in the back of their hair in lieu of a veil. This style is also excellent for highlighting the bride's facial features and giving some attention to the dress. It's also a style that will be easy to keep neat and tidy during both the wedding and reception. You should now have some good ideas for popular bridal hairstyles. Just like the wedding dress, how to wear your hair is a highly personal decision. No one style will suit every bride.

Review: This toning mist is fantastic! I find that toning mists are much better than the usual astringents which can be a bit harsh on skin. I used to think toning my skin was useless until I was introduced to another toner last month. However, I like this one much better since the other one left my skin feeling slightly sticky after using it. I usually use this after washing my face with Belli Acne Clearing Facial Wash ($22). I've noticed that my pores appear smaller and that the Astara Blue Flame Purifying Toning Mist ($39) gives my skin a healthy glow. It has a really light and aromatic scent that is both refreshing and pleasant. It feels great on the skin, and it is something I'd definitely buy!

Review: True to it's description, the O•Mega Body Oil ($35) is amazing! I've never really been into body oils, because most of the ones I've tried in the past were greasy and too icky feeling. This is'nt the case at all with this body oil. It absorbs in the skin quickly. It leaves my skin feeling soft and silky. This is my absolute favorite product from this line so far. My skin feels like it has been to the spa and back. It is a truly luxurious feeling! I also really like the fragrance - it is very exotic and seductive. There is really no need to apply perfume after you apply this on, because this product does a great job on its own since it smells so good!



If you love a good body cleanser then you will love this. Sodium laureth sulphate free, it is oh-so-gentle and smells gorgeous. A fragrant halo of calm surrounds as you step out of the shower, and your skin somehow feels like you have had an hour-long soak in an oil-rich bath. In fact, you can use it in the bath for creamy bubbles if you fancy it.

Review: I love the Moisturising Shower Cream ($19) almost much as I do the O•Mega Body Oil ($35). This shower cream is well moisturizing and also has a fantastic scent! This is a new product to add to my list of favorite bath products.



Sensitive soul? The Supersmooth Body Buff ($33) is a fantastic alternative to aggressive salt scrubs.

An extremely gentle blend of Sweet Almond Oil, Chamomile and Vitamin E with micro-ground pumice; it is incredibly gentle but very effective, removing dead skin cells and encouraging cell renewal.

Milla Jovovich showered with this buffer to get her post-baby bod back into shape!

Review: The Supersmooth Body Buff ($33) doesn't give your skin the well polished look like some sugar scrubs do, but it gets the job done by eliminating dry and dull skin. My skin feels healthy, incredibly soft and touchable after using this.
